Our history
Founded out of conviction
GreenClaims Manager was launched at the end of 2025 because, as the developers of CCM19, we recognised at an early stage the impending EU Green Claims Directive and its implications for our customers.
With over 20 years’ experience in compliance software, we know that companies need tools to protect them before the regulations come into force.
So we built one that meets our own standards: GDPR-compliant, self-hosted, Made in Germany.
Our history
In 2003, Dr Carsten Euwens founded Papoo Software & Media in Bonn, initially as the developer of the accessible open-source CMS Papoo. From 2007 to 2022, we also ran an internet and marketing agency offering web design, Google Ads and SEO services to thousands of clients.
Along the way, we developed further products: the postcard platform JustInTimeCards, the SEO tool MySEOapp and the AI-based RelaunchApp. All this experience has been directly incorporated into our current products: CCM19, Clickskeks and the GreenClaims Manager.

Papoo CMS
Dr Carsten Euwens founded Papoo, an accessible open-source CMS, in Bonn. Available in 9 languages under the MIT licence, it remains available on GitHub to this day. This marked the start of over 20 years of web development.

Agency & Product Development
Launch of the agency business: web design, Google Ads and SEO support for thousands of clients. At the same time, various portals and tools in the field of SEO and online marketing were developed, including RelaunchApp, MySEOapp and JustInTimeCards.

As no cookie consent tool met our requirements, we built our own. Today, over 246,000 websites rely on CCM19, self-hosted, GDPR-compliant, made in Germany.
